Service Technician Team Lead (m/f)

• Coordinating the Service Technician team across Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and Bulgaria
• Coordinating allocation of Technician resources and prioritizing service activities
• Following individual and team key performance indicators and providing regular feedback
• Regularly performing field service activities, including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of instruments
• Ensuring work-order discipline, case follow-up, installed-base data quality and performance visibility by promoting regular use of Service Management System
• Driving implementation of consistent service processes and Service Excellence initiatives across assigned markets
• Supporting complex, critical or recurring technical cases while ensuring Technician case ownership
• Overseeing key service operational processes (i.e. spare-parts availability, stock optimization, etc.)
• Ensuring effective collaboration between Service Technicians and Sales Technicians

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine

• Strong technical background and hands-on field service capability; experience with electromechanical, optical, medical or comparable technical equipment is an advantage
• Degree or professional qualification in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Automation, Optometry or related technical field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in technical service, field service or comparable technical operations; experience coordinating colleagues, projects or technical activities is an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with broad technical understanding across multiple product categories
• Experience with service workflows, workload prioritization, technical processes and service management systems
• A valid B category driver's licence and practical driving experience are required, flexibility and willingness to travel across assigned markets as required
• Well knowledge of spoken and written English (minimum B2)
