Service Technician - Tukwila WA

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment at customer locations throughout the region. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction by ensuring our coffee, water, vending, and breakroom equipment operates at the highest level.

What You'll Do & What Success Looks Like

• Install, set up, relocate, and remove equipment at customer locations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and accurately.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Travel throughout the service area using a company-provided vehicle.
• Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively in the field.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work performed.
• Manage and replenish parts inventory while conducting monthly inventory audits.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to ensure a positive service experience.
• Stay organized, manage daily priorities, and complete assignments independently.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality while supporting team goals.
• Consistently represent Evergreen Refreshments with professionalism and a service-first mindset.

• 1+ year of service, maintenance, installation, or related technical experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Ability to regularly stand, bend, stoop, push, pull, lift, and carry equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Experience working on beverage, coffee, vending, or brewing equipment preferred.
