Service Technician - VIC
About the role:
The opportunity now exists for a professional and driven Service Technician to join our Hallam branch. You will be mechanically minded with the ability to assemble and disassemble a wide range of Digga/Kanga products and not be afraid to get your hands dirty. You will be a highly energetic person that takes pride in their work and their working environment to maintain our company standards.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Carrying out onsite and inhouse service and repairs
- Diagnosing and fault finding
- Devising test procedures and supervising test activities
- Completion of all paperwork relating to the completion of jobs, including timesheets, service reports and other required information.
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
Experience & Qualifications:
- Relevant Australian trade qualification or equivalent experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Physically and mentally fit for daily challenges and continual deadlines
- Adaptable and able to display a high level of integrity, honesty, reliability and confidentiality at all times
- Computer literacy essential
- Current forklift ticket and a manual driver licence essential
