ServiceNow Administrator / Solutions Engineer
- Management and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform including CMDB, configuration, customization, integrations and platform related administration tasks
- Translation of Technology, Operations, and Support process requirements into functional specifications for configuration with a focus on automation
- Day-to-day administration of the organization's ServiceNow platform
- Creation of reports and dashboards using Platform and Performance Analytics
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation including system architecture diagrams, process workflows, and configuration details
- Management of integrated functionality and technology dependencies, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements
- Support of the technical design and solutioning of integrations and platform enhancements with stakeholders, technical support teams and ServiceNow teams
- Provision of mentorship, guidance, and support to other technical team members
- Monitoring of health, usage, and overall compliance of tools and applications to ensure audit and user requirements are met
- Assistance in development and execution of Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing scripts on enhancements and platform upgrades
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator with successful platform support and/or implementations
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and functionalities including CMDB, Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, IT Operations Management features and Reporting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to lead projects or workstreams
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, frameworks, and best practices (ITIL)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Additional certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
