Summary
Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using App Engine, including scripts, workflows, and integrations with external systems.
Core Responsibilities
- Configure and develop applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
- Develop and maintain Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Participate in testing, debugging, deployment, and technical documentation.
- Provide user support and resolve application issues.
Required Skills
- Strong foundation in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and application development concepts.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred; CSA is an added advantage.
