Designs and leads ServiceNow implementations across CSM, HRSD, FSM, IRM, ITSM and ITOM, driving enterprise workflow automation and AI integration.
My client is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 8+ years of experience and minimum 4+ years of experience at an architect level. This person has to lead enterprise transformation projects across Singapore and ASEAN.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across CSM, HRSD, FSM, IRM, App Engine, ITSM and ITOM.
- Define technical architecture, integration models and delivery standards.
- Lead solution delivery, mentor development teams and engage senior stakeholders.
- Drive intelligent workflows using AI and automation.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of ServiceNow experience, including solution architecture.
- Hands-on expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Strong knowledge of scripting, Glide API and REST/SOAP/MID Server integrations.
- Excellent consulting, stakeholder management and Agile delivery skills.
- ServiceNow CTA or relevant CIS certifications preferred.
