ServiceNow Architect

Design and deliver large-scale ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, etc.) for enterprise and public-sector clients, integrating automation and AI workflows.
Our client is a fast-growing technology consulting firm known for delivering digital transformation, enterprise platform solutions, and AI-enabled services for leading organizations across Singapore and the ASEAN region.
They are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions across enterprise and public sector environments. This is a strategic leadership role offering exposure to large-scale transformation programs, emerging AI capabilities, and multi-platform technology ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, FSM, IRM, and App Engine.
- Define technical roadmaps, architecture standards, integration frameworks, and best practices.
- Drive automation and AI-enabled workflow initiatives to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and governance to development and delivery teams.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution design workshops, and strategic client engagements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, including architect-level responsibilities.
- Strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, scripting, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and MID Servers.
- Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- ServiceNow CTA certification or multiple CIS certifications preferred.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
