Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year
Requirements:- Strong experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect or Technical Architect within enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and ecosystem
- Strong experience across ServiceNow implementation, configuration, integration and platform design
- Knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules and workflows such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD or related platform capabilities
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, data architecture and security
- Experience establishing ServiceNow governance, architectural standards and best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- ServiceNow architecture or technical certifications would be highly desirable
- UK citizenship is required for this engagement
- Immediate or short-term availability is strongly preferred
- Own and define the overall ServiceNow platform architecture for complex enterprise environments
- Design scalable, secure and maintainable solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices
- Provide architectural guidance across ServiceNow implementations, integrations and platform enhancements
- Work closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, developers and technical teams to translate requirements into effective platform solutions
- Define integration architecture between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using APIs and other integration methods
- Ensure platform governance, performance, security, scalability and technical standards
- Review solution designs and provide technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle

We are looking for 2 experienced ServiceNow Platform Architects for an immediate UK-based contract engagement supporting an end-client project. This is a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension, and it is a replacement requirement where candidates who can join quickly will be strongly preferred. This is a UK remote position.
