Tech Lead - Architect - ServiceNow Employee Center and Portals

What you will do :

- Lead and collaborate with internal teams and external customers to design and provide optimum ServiceNow solutions.

- Transition and transform the ServiceNow platform, specifically Employee Center Pro.

- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and provide direction to customers.

- Configure Service Portals, widgets, UI pages, and UI Builder.

- Troubleshoot existing OOB and custom deployments.

Tech Stack & Requirements :

- Extensive experience with ServiceNow Platform and Employee Center Pro.

- Hands-on expertise in Angular Templates, Angular Directives, JavaScript, REST, Service Bridge, e-bonding, Flow designer, and lifecycle events.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow API's, Integrations Hub, Approval Hub, and Microsoft product integrations.

- Experience with App Engine Studio and building custom scoped applications.

- Minimum CSA + 2 Mainline Certifications.

- Strong knowledge of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.

- Familiarity with CSS, Bootstrap, and domain separation.

- Understanding of SAFe Agile methodology.

- Ability to work with minimum oversight in a trust-based Agile environment.
