ServiceNow Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated ServiceNow Platform Architect to join our growing ServiceNow practice. This role is ideal for a certified ServiceNow Architect who is passionate about helping organisations move beyond traditional ITSM and leverage the platform to design and deliver end-to-end workflows across their entire business and technology landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Strong Solution Architecture experience across ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB initiatives

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB and CSDM

• Experience designing enterprise architectures within complex or regulated environments

• Strong understanding of network architecture, segmentation, security controls and credential management

• Experience integrating infrastructure, cyber security and operational data sources into enterprise platforms

• A strong understanding of enterprise data models, governance, standards and operating processes

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technology, infrastructure, cyber security and service management teams

• The ability to provide architectural direction, establish standards and influence strategic technology outcomes
