Permanent OR 12x Month Contract I Netherlands

Experience:

Must have 8 to 12 years of experience in the administration/implementation/configuration of an ITSM solution in a medium to large organization
Must have 5 to 8 years of experience in the administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow in the areas of ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, ITOM (not limited to) HRSD, CSM, SPM, FSM and Scoped Application solution
Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations, and converting business requirements into Technical Solutions
Must have led at least a couple of Implementation projects in different ServiceNow modules, including Scoped applications and 1 complete Implementation lifecycle for ServiceNow
ServiceNow custom application design and development experience
Past work experience with industry-leading providers of ITSM tools
