Delivery Centric is seeking a ServiceNow Architect / Lead to drive platform architecture, solution design, governance, and implementation across ServiceNow modules. The role will provide technical leadership, design integrations and automation, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define ServiceNow platform architecture, roadmap, and governance.
- Lead the design and implementation of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSM, and HRSD solutions.
- Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
- Drive automation, workflow optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct solution reviews, and provide best-practice guidance.
- Ensure platform security, scalability, performance, and compliance.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Architecture and Solution Design.
- Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB/CSDM, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
