ServiceNow Architect

Responsibilities

• Architect & Design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise IT and business strategies.
• Develop & Implement ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CMDB, Discovery, Orchestration) ensuring best practices and compliance.
• Integrate & Automate workflows with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML to streamline IT operations.
• Establish Governance & Compliance frameworks, monitor performance, and enforce platform standards and security policies.
• Lead & Mentor Teams, providing technical leadership, guidance, and training to developers and administrators.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions
• Optimize Platform Performance through audits, continuous improvements, and adoption of ServiceNow best practices.

Skills/Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or relavent field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in ServiceNow
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CMDB, Discovery, and Orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Knowledge of automation frameworks and enterprise IT integrations.
