Requirements
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and enterprise solution design
- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and ITOM
- Experience in end-to-end ServiceNow architecture including integrations and platform strategy
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices
- Experience with complex system integrations with enterprise applications
- Knowledge of ServiceNow security, governance, and compliance standards
- Ability to advise stakeholders on ServiceNow transformation strategy
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- ServiceNow Certified Architect
- Enterprise Architecture knowledge or certifications
