Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and enterprise solution design
  
• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and ITOM
  
• Experience in end-to-end ServiceNow architecture including integrations and platform strategy
  
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices
  
• Experience with complex system integrations with enterprise applications
  
• Knowledge of ServiceNow security, governance, and compliance standards
  
• Ability to advise stakeholders on ServiceNow transformation strategy
  

Preferred Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
  
• ServiceNow Certified Architect
  
• Enterprise Architecture knowledge or certifications
