ServiceNOW Architect / Senior Developer

A technology consulting firm is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform and strong architectural skills to translate business requirements into efficient solutions. This role involves shaping platform strategy and mentoring developers, focusing on modules like ITSM and ITOM. This position is based in Torino, Italy and offers a chance to influence enterprise-scale IT solutions. Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications. Define and drive the overall platform strategy. Mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators. Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and at least 2 other modules. Proven expertise in ServiceNow integrations. Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and best practices.
