ServiceNow Architect

Salary: £90,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• Extensive ServiceNow architecture experience
• Strong ITSM knowledge plus at least two additional ServiceNow modules
• CMDB and Discovery implementation experience
• Strong JavaScript, Glide and Flow Designer knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• ServiceNow CSA, CIS, CAD or CTA certifications are desirable
• Agile/Scrum experience is desirable
• AWS, Azure or GCP exposure is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design and governance of our ServiceNow platform
• Define our platform strategy, roadmap and technical standards
• Design and implement solutions across ITSM and additional ServiceNow modules including ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC and SecOps
• Drive integrations using REST, SOAP APIs and MID Servers
• Ensure our platform scalability, security and performance
• Lead architecture workshops and mentor junior technical teams

More:

We are TechNest, working with a very high-profile client on a transformation programme based in London. This is a hybrid role with three days per week onsite. The position is an initial three-month contract, outside IR35, with a day rate of £400-450.
