• About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Automation Engineer to design, develop, and scale automated workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and system integrations to streamline service fulfillment, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Order Guides, and automated approval workflows.
• Develop Flow Designer workflows, sub flows, and automated fulfillment processes.
• Configure Integration Hub spokes and custom integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with Active Directory/Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Jira, cloud platforms, and identity management tools.
• Configure MID Servers, credentials, access controls, SLAs, and business rules.
• Support testing, code reviews, release management, and deployments across environments.
• Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot failures, and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and automation experience.
• Strong expertise in Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Subflows, Integration Hub, and Orchestration.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, and secure credential management.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes, including Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management.
• Experience with MID Server, PowerShell/Python scripting, ATF, and Health Scan.
