Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow data products and modules, including CMDB, APM, CSDM, Platform Analytics, and ITOM.
- Support the organization in defining business requirements and desired outcomes while aligning solutions with ServiceNow OOTB best practices.
- Contribute to the development of the ServiceNow vision by leveraging industry experience, best practices, and the capabilities of relevant ServiceNow modules.
- Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow innovations and capabilities, proactively educate business stakeholders, and support the adoption of new features and solutions.
