Servicenow Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements using ServiceNow platform.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom workflows, business rules, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
• Troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow implementation and provide technical support.

Job Requirements :

• 7-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow business analyst principles and practices.
• Experience with Servicenow development tools such as scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) and integration APIs.
