- Eliciting, refining, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
- Facilitating working sessions with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and platform administrators to ensure clear understanding of business objectives and technical constraints.
- Developing user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and related artifacts consistent with Enterprise ServiceNow Platform governance.
- Supporting backlog development, grooming, prioritization, and release planning activities.
- Translating business problems into structured requirements aligned with enterprise standards, governance models, and ServiceNow best practices.
- Supporting change management activities, including communications, documentation, testing coordination, and training-related input.
- Ensuring proposed solutions maintain platform stability, usability, and compliance with enterprise architectural and governance guidance.
- Assisting with production validation, root-cause analysis, and post-deployment assessments.
- 6+ years of business analyst or project management experience
- 3-5 years of business/mission (outcomes/impacts), strategic/tactical (project planning) and operational (implementation/service/product delivery) experience
- 3-5+ years of professional experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum, including managing user stories, backlog grooming, and sprint planning
- Experience with Risk Management and best practices
- Experience using tools for requirements gathering and implementation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, OneDrive), SharePoint, and Box.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA)
- PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) (Project Management Institute)
- ITIL Certification
- Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC) (IIBA)
- International Qualification Board for Business Analysis (IQBBA) Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst/Certified Advanced Level Business Analyst (CFLBA/CALBA)
