We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Manager with at least 8+ years of strong expertise in IT infrastructure, network operations, ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping and CMDB management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead ServiceNow ESM onboarding for network and infrastructure assets.
Manage ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping and CMDB validation.
Oversee network device onboarding, CI reconciliation and data quality.
Coordinate with Network Operations, Infrastructure and Security teams.
Drive delivery plans, stakeholder management, risk tracking and service improvement.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and the CMDB.
Strong understanding of networking, including routing, switching, firewalls and LAN/WAN.
Experience with PowerShell or Python scripting is an advantage.
Strong delivery management, stakeholder coordination and ITIL/ITSM knowledge.
Banking or financial services experience is preferred.
