Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. - Implement ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, and Vendor SAM functionalities within the ServiceNow platform. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. - Conduct testing and validation of ServiceNow solutions to ensure they meet business requirements. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow applications. - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements to continuously improve our solutions.
