Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring they align with best practices and organizational standards. - Implement ITSM processes and workflows within the ServiceNow platform. - Manage and maintain the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. - Support GRC initiatives by developing solutions that enhance compliance and risk management processes. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. - Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on ServiceNow functionalities.
