ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow ITOM, particularly in areas such as MID Server, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to enhance IT operations and improve service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring they meet business needs. - Implement ITOM solutions, focusing on Discovery and Service Mapping to optimize asset management and service visibility. - Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest features and best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. - Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users. - Stay current with ServiceNow updates and industry trends to continuously improve service delivery. Required Skills: - Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM, including MID Server, Discovery, and Service Mapping. - Strong understanding of CMDB and its role in IT service management. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Experience with scripting and automation within the ServiceNow platform is a plus.
