1. ServiceNow GRC Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer with hands-on expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and enhancing GRC applications and workflows to support enterprise risk management, compliance, audit, and policy management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow GRC applications.
• Work on Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and related GRC capabilities.
• Configure business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows, Flow Designer, and access controls.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and support enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow ServiceNow development best practices.

Required Skills

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience in GRC.
• Strong understanding of GRC workflows, risk and compliance processes.
• Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
• Knowledge of ACLs, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow platform configuration.
• Experience with GRC modules such as Policy and Compliance, Risk, Audit, or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) is preferred.

2. ServiceNow IRM Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow IRM Developer with hands-on experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM). The candidate will design, develop, configure, and maintain IRM solutions to support risk identification, compliance monitoring, audit management, and enterprise governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow IRM applications and workflows.
• Configure and customize IRM modules, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and TPRM, as applicable.
• Implement business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer, and other platform components.
• Build integrations and automate risk and compliance processes.
• Support IRM data models, reporting, dashboards, and workflow automation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement platform enhancements.
• Work with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills

• Hands-on ServiceNow IRM development and configuration experience.
• Strong understanding of Integrated Risk Management processes.
• Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
• Knowledge of IRM workflows, data structures, access controls, and integrations.
• Experience with Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, TPRM, or related IRM capabilities.

3. ServiceNow SecOps Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow SecOps Developer with hands-on experience in Security Operations solutions. The candidate will be responsible for configuring, developing, and enhancing SecOps applications and security workflows to improve vulnerability management, security incident response, and integration with enterprise security tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Security Operations applications.
• Work on Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, and related SecOps capabilities.
• Configure security workflows, automation, business rules, client scripts, and Flow Designer.
• Integrate ServiceNow with security tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, CrowdStrike, Splunk, or other relevant security platforms.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Server, and related tools, as applicable.
• Support vulnerability identification, prioritization, remediation tracking, and security incident workflows.
• Troubleshoot integration and application issues and implement technical enhancements.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver effective security automation.

Required Skills

• Hands-on ServiceNow SecOps development experience.
• Experience with Vulnerability Response (VR), Security Incident Response (SIR), or other relevant SecOps modules.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Knowledge of security tool integrations, vulnerability management, or security incident processes.
• Experience with tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, CrowdStrike, or Splunk is preferred.

Common Hiring Requirements

• Candidates must have relevant hands-on development experience in the specific module: GRC, IRM, or SecOps.
• Strong technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform is required.
• Candidates should be available to attend a mandatory 10-minute recruiter screening before their profile is submitted to the client.
• Immediate joiners and candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days will be preferred.
• Work arrangements will be hybrid or remote, depending on the client project.
• Both full-time and contract opportunities are available.
