Role: ServiceNow Developer (App Engine)
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and configure custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine Studio.
• Build and enhance workflows, forms, business rules, script includes, and UI components.
• Develop and support ITSM and CSM configurations and customizations.
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs and working solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following ServiceNow scripting best practices.
• Perform unit testing and support QA through defectre solution.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence top latform development standards.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other developers to deliver requirements on schedule.
• Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and platform maintenance activities.
Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of total ServiceNow experience, with strong hands-on development skills.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow App Engine Studio and custom application development.
• Solid development experience in ITSM and CSM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub) is a plus.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and platform architecture fundamentals.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working onsite with the customer team in Singapore.
Certifications
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA),mandatory.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD),mandatory.
