What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- At least 3 years' relevant experience (application development, system admin).
- Experience implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow, SOAP, REST, and integrations with
external systems using APIs and connectors. - Experience with ITIL or ITIL Certified.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and within team environment on both large & small projects.
- Strong documentation skills and ability to write clear work instructions.
- Good analytical skills to effectively solve complex problems in an efficient manner.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and release schedules.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test and implement ServiceNow configuration changes
- Design, develop, test and implement ServiceNow features and enhancements
- Integrate, manage and support ServiceNow
- Incident and problem management
- Creation and maintenance of documentation, and delivery of training
- Participate in and advocate the Agile methodology.
- Task estimation, evaluation of issues and risks.
- The implementation of proof of concepts with the goal of reducing project risk.
