Job Description ServiceNow Developer (TPRM)

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management) experience to design, develop, enhance and support ServiceNow solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting TPRM-related workflows and the TCRM Challenge Tracker scoped application, along with ITSM processes and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure and enhance ServiceNow TPRM workflows covering third-party assessments, due diligence, risk reviews, approvals and closure activities.
• Support and enhance the TCRM Challenge Tracker scoped application.
• Develop ServiceNow components including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions and Flow Designer workflows.
• Build and support REST/SOAP integrations and enterprise system interfaces.
• Configure ACLs, roles, groups and security controls to ensure platform compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis and provide production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, BSAs and testing teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support agile delivery, testing, deployments and technical documentation.

Required Skills:

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
• Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Workflows, ACLs and Service Catalog.
• Strong understanding and experience of TPRM processes and workflows.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, JSON and XML.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, Agile/Scrum and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM, TPRM and custom scoped applications.
• Experience supporting TCRM Challenge Tracker or similar risk management applications.
