Servicenow Developer

A ServiceNow Developer opportunity has become available in an IT company.

Responsibilities

• Handle the overall ServiceNow ITSM application support - maintenance & enhancements.

• Gather and analyze user requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, business rules, workflows, and configuration elements to support process automation and integration

• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues, providing timely support to end-users.

• Contribute to documentation of technical designs, development processes, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree holder

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience or working in a similar role.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.

• Has track record designing and implementing ITSM solutions, including understanding of ITIL processes.

• Proven ITSM certification is a plus (ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow related, CompTIA A++)

• Experience in using Washington releases and uses recent versions of Servicenow
