- Strong commercial experience with HRSD / HR Service Delivery
- Experience with HR Case Management, HR Services, COEs, and employee lifecycle processes
- Strong JavaScript skills
- Experience with ServiceNow ATF / Automated Test Framework
- Experience with Flow Designer, ACLs, Business Rules, and Service Catalog
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams
- Desirable: CSA, CAD, or CIS-HRSD certification
- Desirable: REST API and ServiceNow integration experience
- Desirable: ITSM or CSM experience
- Desirable: Experience within large enterprise environments
- Design, configure, and develop solutions within ServiceNow HRSD
- Build HR Services, Case Management, COEs, Record Producers, and Lifecycle Events
- Develop Business Rules, Client/Server Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Actions/Policies
- Build workflows using Flow Designer and Service Catalog
- Develop and maintain automated testing using ServiceNow ATF
- Troubleshoot defects and support production stability
- Work closely with architects, product owners, and engineering teams
