We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer/Consultant with 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and platform support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and custom applications.
- Design and implement workflows, integrations, REST APIs, and automation solutions.
- Support platform administration, incidents, requests, dashboards, and reporting.
- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, releases, testing, and deployments.
- Develop Performance Analytics dashboards and AI-driven solutions using Predictive Intelligence.
- Review code, mentor junior team members, and provide technical leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes,Flow Designer, and REST APIs.
- Experience with ITSM, CSM, CMDB, Integrations, and Reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.

- CSA,CAD
- CIS-ITSM,CIS-CSM
- CIS-Platform Analytics
- Predictive Intelligence and CMDB Certifications
