ServiceNow Developer Conversational GenAI

Youll build Virtual Agent topics and conversation flows, tune NLU models, and develop Now Assist / GenAI skills. Youll work within defined governance guardrails and human-oversight designs set by the squads Technical Architect.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Virtual Agent topics and conversation flows
• Train and tune NLU models against real usage data
• Develop Now Assist / GenAI skills within agreed guardrails
• Implement conversational UX scripting and testing
• Support human-in-the-loop review points and fallback paths designed by the architect
• Contribute to conversational analytics and continuous improvement of resolution quality

Required skills & experience

• Virtual Agent Designer experience
• NLU training/tuning experience
• GenAI/Now Assist skill-building experience
• Comfortable working within defined governance and responsible-AI guardrails

Desirable

• Hands-on ServiceNow AI Agent Studio experience
• Prior involvement in a governed agentic workflow pilot
