ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, developing, and configuring solutions across CSM, DevOps, and ITSM modules, building workflows and UI components, and supporting CI/CD pipeline integration on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities
. Design, develop, and configure solutions across CSM, DevOps, and ITSM modules.
. Build and enhance workflows, forms, business rules, script includes, and UI components.
. Support and drive CI/CD pipeline integration, automation, and deployment processes on the ServiceNow platform.
. Translate functional requirements into technical designs and working solutions.
. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following ServiceNow scripting best practices.
. Perform unit testing and support QA through defect resolution.
. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to platform development standards.
. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, DevOpsteams, and other developers to deliver requirements on schedule.
. Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and platform maintenance activities.
. Assist with performance optimization and troubleshooting in production environments.
Skills & Experience
. 6+ years of total ServiceNow experience, with strong hands-on development skills.
. Strong hands-on expertise in CSM module development and customization.
. Solid experience with ServiceNow DevOps, including CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
. Strong development experience in ITSM.
. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
. Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub) and third-party CI/CD tools.
. Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and platform architecture fundamentals.
. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
. Comfortable working onsite with the customer team in Singapore.
Certifications
. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA),mandatory.
. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), an advantage.
. ServiceNow CIS CSM, an advantage.
