We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our growing ServiceNow Practice and deliver high-quality technical solutions with a leading commercial client.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure tailored solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Build custom workflows, Service Portal interfaces, and automated business processes
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party enterprise systems via REST and SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specs
• Maintain platform integrity, perform system upgrades, and optimize performance
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and defect remediation across environments
• Provide ongoing technical support and continuous platform improvements

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer across ITSM, ITOM, or custom apps
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, GlideRecord
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Workflow
• Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and platform best practices
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer preferred
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
