The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the development, configuration and ongoing support of the Enterprise ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, administer and support the Enterprise ServiceNow instance, including user management, roles, groups, configurations, and platform health.
- Perform day to day administration activities across ITSM, TSOM and related modules, ensuring adherence to platform standards and governance.
- Maintain system performance, availability, data integrity, and compliance across production and nonproduction environments.
- Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into maintainable, scalable workflows.
- Assist with the adoption of new ServiceNow capabilities and platform upgrades, including testing and validation.
Key Skills
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer in an enterprise-scale environment.
- Strong knowledge of core administration including tables, forms, and workflows.
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow Flow Designer.
- Understanding of ServiceNow platform governance, upgrade cycles, and best practices.
- Ability to work in a structured, regulated environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
