ServiceNow Developer

· Core responsibilities

o Assist inconfiguring and customizing ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change,Service Catalog).

o Supportintegrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

o Writeand maintain basic scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UIPolicies).

o Participate intesting, debugging, and documentation.

o Provide usersupport and resolve minor issues.

· Required skills

o 3–5 years of ServiceNow development experience.

o Strong hands-on experience in scripting, workflows, integrations, and ServiceNow configuration/customization.

o Good knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow best practices

o ServiceNow certification such as CSA/CAD is preferred.
