ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as a ServiceNow Developer focusing primarily on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.
- Design, configure, and develop HRSD functionalities (HR Case Management, HR Services, COEs, record producers, lifecycle events) on the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions using business rules, client/server scripts, UI actions, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog.
- Build and maintain automated tests with ServiceNow ATF to ensure regression coverage and platform stability.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver backlog items and define implementation approaches.
- Support production systems through defect resolution, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all solutions are secure, compliant, well-documented, and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Apply strong knowledge of ServiceNow core components (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions/Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, notifications, reports, dashboards).
- Utilize test automation experience, especially with ServiceNow ATF.
- Work as part of agile delivery teams to deliver high-quality HRSD solutions.
- (Preferred) Hold ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS-HRSD.
- (Preferred) Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST APIs, import sets, transform maps), other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM), and working in large, regulated enterprise environments.
- Be a pragmatic, hands-on developer with a strong emphasis on quality, automation, and scalable design within an HR context.
