🚀 We’re Hiring: ServiceNow Developer – CMDB / Integrations

We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a technical implementation team, with a strong focus on CMDB development, integrations and platform configuration.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with CMDB, CI classes, data loads and Transform Maps
• Experience with REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, Import Sets and scripted APIs
• Strong JavaScript scripting skills within ServiceNow
• Experience with ACLs, roles, groups and ServiceNow security
• Strong troubleshooting skills across integrations, data mismatches and transformation issues
• Understanding of CMDB data quality and CI lifecycle management
• Experience translating technical requirements into deployable ServiceNow solutions

⭐ Nice to have:

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Flexera
• Experience with NetBox
• Knowledge of network / OT asset data
• Experience with MID Server, Discovery and data ingestion
• Familiarity with HAM/SAM and asset-CMDB alignment
• ServiceNow CSA certification; CAD / CIS-CMDB / IntegrationHub certifications are a plus

🛠️ Your responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow capabilities
• Build and support Flexera and NetBox integrations
• Configure Import Sets, Transform Maps, APIs, scheduled jobs and Business Rules
• Implement CI creation/update and reconciliation logic
• Support testing, deployments, defect fixing and stabilization
• Collaborate with architects and process consultants
• Document technical designs, integration logic and support procedures
• Contribute to performance tuning and post-go-live support

Ideal profile: structured, hands-on and solution-oriented, with strong enterprise ServiceNow implementation experience and the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
