ServiceNow Developer - ITSM| Thane

Front end the design, development, integrations, administration and continuous enhancement of the ServiceNow ITSM platform for the Bank, ensuring alignment with business objectives, RBI directions, information security policies, audit expectations and enterprise governance standards.

• Configure and develop ITSM applications and workflows.
• Build business rules, client scripts, UI policies, catalogue items and automations.
• Develop integrations with enterprise applications.
• Support incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Participate in requirement gathering and technical design reviews.
• Perform testing and deployment validation.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Follow development standards, security controls and change governance.
• Support upgrades, releases and platform maintenance.
• Assist audit and compliance activities.
• Maintain CMDB and service catalogue quality.
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders.
