Experience & Certifications
- 2-5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development or administration.
- Hands-on exposure to ServiceNow SPM / PPM modules (project, demand, agile preferred).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required or in progress.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Preferred.
- Agile/Scrum or ITIL knowledge is a plus.
- JavaScript within ServiceNow
- Flow Designer & Workflow Editor
- Reporting & dashboards
- Basic understanding of project, portfolio, and agile delivery concepts.
- Exposure to integrations or data imports is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow within the platform.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
