Summary
Develops and maintains ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions, automating HR processes with JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ATF testing in an agile team.
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support our HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform, focusing on solutions like HR Case Management, ATF automation, and JavaScript development.
Role Summary
Core Focus: Design and build HRSD solutions across the employee lifecycle.
Key Tasks: Automate processes, write scripts, and ensure platform stability.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Delivery: Configure HR Case Management, COEs, record producers, and lifecycle events.
Technical Work: Build business rules, scripts, Flow Designer flows, and Service Catalog items.
Quality Assurance: Maintain automated tests using ServiceNow ATF.
Teamwork: Work with product owners and architects to deliver agile backlog items.
Support: Fix defects, tune performance, and document secure solutions.
Required Skills
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development.
HRSD Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR services, cases, and lifecycle processes.
Core Skills: JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
Testing: ServiceNow ATF test automation experience.
Methodology: Agile team environment experience.
