- Hands on experience on JavaScript.
- Ability to understand and create complex workflows and subflows.
- Design and build systems integrations through various methods (Web services, LDAP, SQL).
- Experience in supporting ServiceNow applications throughout the lifecycle with alignment to integration, regression, user acceptance testing and improvement.
- Experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) inclusive of client requirement analysis and system design.
- Scripting experience on ServiceNow (advantage).
