Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of overall IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development and implementation. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in at least one of the following ServiceNow modules: HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, Custom Applications, GRC or IAM.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Work on ServiceNow development, enhancements, integrations, and implementations.
- Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, workflows, and Flow Designer.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform application configuration, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in at least one of the following ServiceNow modules:
- HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
- ITOM (IT Operations Management)
- ITAM (IT Asset Management)
- Custom Application Development
- GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)
- IAM (Identity & Access Management)
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow configuration, customization, and implementation.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Relevant ServiceNow CIS or CAD certifications will be an added advantage.
- Experience in end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and support projects.
