Job Description

• Designs and develops new workflows and processes
• Day to day administration of the system including adding Users, Groups and Roles ensuring that these conform to the agreed standards for access to the platform
• Leads maintenance, upgrade planning and administration
• Provides accurate estimates of release level of effort
• Takes ownership of complex business requirements and works them to completion
• Manages and resolves incidents against applications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology.
