5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer ? Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform modules, especially in ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM(SPM).? Experience in designing and implementing predictive models using Machine Learning techniques.? Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Scripting.? Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting tools.? ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is a plus.? Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and enhancements focused on Predictive Intelligence.? Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.? Design and configure predictive models and algorithms within the ServiceNow platform.? Monitor and optimize predictive performance to ensure effective outcomes.
