Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITAM processes, including SAM Pro and HAM Pro.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and scripting in ServiceNow.
Experience in ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or relevant Implementation Specialist certifications preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
