ServiceNow Developer (Security Clearance Required)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, customize, and support ServiceNow applications and workflows. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, scripting, integrations, ITSM modules, and application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and maintain Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Create and maintain Service Catalog Items, Record Producers, Catalog Client Scripts, and Catalog UI Policies.
• Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer / Workflow Editor.
• Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Work with IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP web services for external system integrations.
• Develop reusable server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript.
• Configure notifications, approvals, SLAs, reports, dashboards, and scheduled jobs.
• Perform application development using ServiceNow Studio / App Engine Studio.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, performance problems, and production defects.
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain upgrade-safe customizations.
• Perform code reviews and ensure quality, security, and maintainability of solutions.
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, administrators, testers, and other technical teams.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM.
• Strong JavaScript programming skills.
