ServiceNow Developer – Sydney
Delivery Centric is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in ServiceNow development, customization, scripting, integrations, and platform configuration. The role will involve building scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, business rules, and UI policies.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
- Configure and enhance ITSM, ITOM, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Service Portal solutions.
- Perform scripting, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects to design and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Development and Administration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, GlideRecord, and GlideAjax.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integrations.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and ITIL methodologies.
