ServiceNow Developer

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Early Joiners Preferred

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, and core scripting capabilities (2-5 years experience required)
• Design and implement ITSM module solutions including Service Catalog, CMDB, and workflow configurations
• Build system integrations using REST and SOAP protocols
• Configure access controls, data policies, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows
• Manage application deployment through Update Sets and Git version control
• Troubleshoot and optimize platform performance with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain high-quality code standards and attention to detail throughout development lifecycle

**Preferred Experience:**

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA or CIS ITSM)
• Advanced features including Service Portal, UI Builder, and Performance Analytics
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
