ServiceNow Developer
Salary: $900 - $1150 p/day (incl. super) + GST
Talenza have been engaged by a financial services organisation to find a ServiceNow Developer to work across a broad SNOW environment. The successful candidate will have experience with handson development and some exposure to release management, service data models and configuration.
This role is hybrid from the Brisbane CBD office and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane full working rights.

Key Requirements
Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and platform functionality using ServiceNow JavaScript, including server-side and client-side scripting.
Apply modern software development practices including clean coding principles, code reviews, version control, automated testing, CI/CD, and secure development standards within the ServiceNow platform.
Lead configuration of ServiceNow capabilities including Release Management, Environment Management, Service Mapping, DevOps integrations, impact assessment, and operational readiness controls.
Review, uplift, and remediate the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) to improve data quality and support ServiceNow capability configuration.
Configure and support the Service Catalogue and related ServiceNow components for IT sustainment initiatives.
Configure Supplier Management, Service Level Targets, and reporting to support SIAM (Service Integration and Management) rollout.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver project outcomes, drive change, and support both project and BAU operational environments.
Work effectively in Agile delivery environments using Jira, with strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
